I organized a teambuilding gathering the members of the ONE project team members and their key contacts. By relying on UNISK®, I appreciated their ability to listen and to transform the client’s objectives into concrete actions. Nuria and her coaches also showed dynamism and instilled positive vibes throughout the teambuilding. 

Right after the end of lockdown, UNISK® has allowed us to celebrate our reunion while identifying new perspectives from the strengths discovered during this crisis.

With a light and thoughtful round table, we could immediately forge a bond with our new collaborator who was previously hired by video call. 

In a few mins, and in a constructive and interactive process, insights to improve our ways of working as a team were highlighted.

In barely an hour of workshop with UNISK®, we could identify the positive learnings of the COVID-19 crisis for our team, and the main areas of improvement to function even better as a team.

By their particular approach, in the form of questions, UNISK® makes teambuilding easy and efficient. The little time we have spent with them has encouraged us to ask ourselves some fundamental questions on our internal ways of functioning and our corporate culture.

With the Worldwide Strategy Office, we experienced a moment of sharing full of authenticity. After several months of lockdown, it was an awaited moment and essential to our future way of working.

The reUNIon DAY fully reached the objectives, even going beyond our expectations. Don’t change anything 🙂 it’s already perfect. I would sum up the experience with the words “Fun and expertise”.

Great experience. We learnt how we function as a group and defined collectively a roadmap for better functioning in the future.

It was perfect! The activities made us reflect on ourselves while being fun. Very interesting and enriching experience. An excellent way to reunite with our team but also to think about how to better work together!
